At Vineyard72 we love wine and cheese. Our passion for fine wine and cheese is something we wanted to share with our customers, in our intimate wine bar located within the Land of Green Ginger on Tynemouth Front Street, and our newly opened wine bar in Whitley Bay!
We offer fine wines, cheeses and continental cured meats from all over the world as well as working with local suppliers. We offer sharing boards which are built from your own choice of cheese and continental meats from our vast menu, although we are always on hand to help you pick to your taste. We also offer a selection of mezze items which can be added to any board or purchased separately.
Come and join us and enjoy what we have to offer. All of our food is also available for takeaway and delivery.

We offer FREE room hire any day of the week including Saturdays and Sundays and our incredible grazing tables are just £14.95 per person!
We can accommodate for up to 20 people in our Tynemouth lounge with 6 extra seats directly outside of the bar. Also, Vineyard72’s wine bar is directly next door so both bars can be used if the lounge isn’t big enough!
We can also accommodate parties over 40 people in our new restaurant in Whitley Bay! 🥳🍸🍷🍾 Whether it’s a birthday, anniversary, graduation, or any other type of celebration, we are happy to host. We can take care of the room dressing or you can decorate yourselves.
